When refunds are available and how to request one.
SEO services are professional consulting engagements. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
A full refund is available if you cancel within 48 hours of payment and no work has begun. Email admin@thetrueseo.com with your order reference. Refunds process within 5-10 business days through Stripe.
If work has started but not reached the first monthly deliverable, a partial refund may be available reflecting the proportion of work not yet completed.
We do not issue refunds after the first monthly deliverable has been delivered. SEO results take time and the absence of immediate ranking changes does not constitute non-delivery. We do not issue refunds based on ranking disappointment when work is executed as agreed.
